Agricultural Prices Are Rising, Food Prices Are Getting More Expensive

According to analysts, the April increase in agricultural producer prices, together with the increase in prices in the food industry, will mean further increases in food prices in stores. Agricultural producer prices increased by 3.2 percent compared to March, and were 15.7 percent higher year-on-year.

The reason is, among other things, rising raw material prices and a new packaging tax.
