FM Mattsson is buying Bristan, described as the UK's largest supplier of taps and showers. "It's a big market and there's still room to grow for all our brands," says CEO Fredrik Skarp about the British people's bathroom needs. This causes the share to rise sharply.
FM Mattsson Group, based in Mora, is buying the British Bristan Group, according to a press release. The purchase price is approximately 49 million pounds, equivalent to approximately 630 million kronor. The announcement is also felt on the stock exchange, where the share has taken a leap of joy.
