PRESTONSBURG, Ky. — Deputies responding to a report of a domestic disturbance ended up taking a man to jail on drug trafficking charges. The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office was called Wednesday night to a home at Spurlock. When they arrived, they spotted one of the suspects allegedly involved in the disturbance — Shawn Spurlock, 34, of Staffordsville — running behind the home and up a hill.
