The median sales price of existing homes in the Tallahassee MSA was up 1.5% in June 2025 when compared to June 2024, according to the Florida Association of REALTORS®. Florida recorded 23,827 closed sales of existing single-family homes in June, up 2.8% year-over-year – the first gain in that metric since January – while existing condo-townhouse sales totaled 7,809, down 6.4% over June 2024, according to data from Florida Realtors.
