New Hampshire is the 16th best state in the country for working mothers according to a survey. The ranking of states was compiled by the financial website wallethub.com based on multiple factors. The top three states nationally are Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Elsewhere in New England, Vermont is fifth and Maine is ranked sixth.
