On Thursday at 12:58 a.m. EDT a flood warning was released by the National Weather Service in effect until 7 a.m. EDT for Macomb, Oakland, Washtenaw and Wayne counties.The weather service states, “Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected for Macomb, Oakland, Washtenaw and Wayne counties.”
