Flood advisory, severe thunderstorm warning issued to portions of Las Vegas valley

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- A flood advisory and severe thunderstorm warning were issued to portions of Southern Nevada, including the Las Vegas valley, Tuesday afternoon. The flood advisory will stay in effect until 5:15 p.m. Tuesday due to thunderstorms making their way across the valley.
