Written by Tanya Terry 30-year-old Malik Letroy Webb, the Flint man accused of shooting three people last Christmas Even in Oxford Township, will be using the insanity defense, according to his attorney. Judge Victoria Valentine has ordered a criminal responsibility evaluation for Webb to help determine Webb’s mental competency at the time of the shooting, which left 71-year-old Clinical Psychologist Dr. Barbara Wolf, dead and two others injured.
