The State Attorney's Office has filed an indictment against a 17-year-old resident of the Negev, who is suspected of driving without a license in a vehicle with fake license plates, fleeing a police checkpoint in Eilat and during a chase losing control of the vehicle which overturned. As a result of the accident, a 20-year-old young man was killed.
