The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning at 1:35 p.m. on Wednesday in effect until 4:45 p.m. for Bedford, Fulton and Huntingdon counties."At 1:35 p.m., Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area.
