Flag Parade and Elections

KEVIN'S WATCH / Kevin Headley I still find it a special event: the flag parade at school. I often enjoy participating when I'm at a school. Singing the national anthem loudly with the pupils, while three of them raise the flag under the guidance of a teacher, remains impressive.
