Police say two youths are among five suspects charged after a 33-year-old man died from injuries in the assault.

- Nishnawbe Aski Police Service officers responded to a reported assault on Albany River Crescent last Sunday, discovering two people with life-threatening injuries who were airlifted for treatment.
- Police identified three accused as Edgar Moonias, 47, Trayvon Wabano, 18, and Samson Wabano, 19; two other suspects, aged 15 and 17, are protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
- Moonias is scheduled for a bail hearing in Thunder Bay on Thursday, while the other four accused individuals, remanded into custody, are expected to appear in court in the city on April 14.
