Five more local students win National Merit Scholarships

Five local high school seniors are among the 97 in California and more than 2,900 nationally who have won National Merit Scholarships financed by U.S. colleges and universities. Their awards range from $500 to $2,000 annually for up to four years of undergraduate study at the institution financing the scholarship.
