Fish Bowl rivalry lets Chico, Pleasant Valley swimmers leave their legacy

CHICO — Following the end of the rivalry meet Wednesday, swimmers from both Chico and Pleasant Valley high schools, plus coaches from both team, jumped into the pool in celebration.
