SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WTVO) — The 2025 Butter Cow, sculpted from real butter, was unveiled at the Illinois State Fair this week. This year's Butter Cow was made by sculptor Sarah Pratt and was inspired by the theme "Adventure Awaits." The sculpture includes not just the cow but an adventuring companion.
