The new Lord-Lieutenant of Staffordshire has started her first day at work with 16 Signal Regiment at MOD Stafford at a ceremony presenting the Regimental Honours and Awards. Professor Elizabeth (Liz) Barnes CBE took up the role from 15 July, replacing Sir Ian Dudson KCVO CBE, who served as Lord-Lieutenant for Staffordshire for 13 years.
