REGINA – Two men are facing charges following a traffic stop in the area of Retallack Street and Second Avenue on Aug. 14. On Thursday, August 14, 2025 at approximately 10:30 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Retallack Street and 2nd Avenue.
