RUMFORD — On April 30, 2026, at approximately 4:55 am, the Rumford Fire Department responded to a reported smoke investigation at 501 Virgin Street in Rumford. While crews were preparing to respond, additional 911 calls were received reporting heavy fire coming from the building.
