FLAMES at a house on Flannel Avenue in Garden Grove (OCFA photo). Smoke alarms sounding off enabled a family to escape their Garden Grove home as flames began to erupt.. According to the Orange County Fire Authority, the fire was reported at the house on Flannel Avenue, located in a tract southeast of Katella Avenue and Brookhurst Street.
