Fire Displaces Dozens of Residents at Morganton Rehab Center

BURKE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA, JUL 13 – Emergency crews evacuated 90 patients from Grace Heights Rehabilitation Facility with no injuries reported as the fire cause remains under investigation, officials said.
