Fire ignites at Saskatoon high school on Friday night

Saskatoon firefighters responded to a fire at Bethlehem Catholic High School at around 10:30 p.m. on Friday night. The fire has since been extinguished, but the school has significant damage to its portable classrooms, as well as smoke and water damage in other areas of the school.

Saskatoon’s Bethlehem High School ‘significantly’ damaged by fire

The principal of Bethlehem Catholic High School said portable classrooms had been significantly damaged after a fire on Friday night. It is not known if the blaze will impact the start of the school year.
