Fire, harbor patrol crews put out vegetation fire on James Island

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Crews with the Charleston Fire Department and Charleston Police Department's Harbor Patrol teamed up Wednesday to put out a vegetation fire on James Island.
