- President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed the refinery strike and added that Ukraine's SBU security service struck a Tu-95MS missile-carrying aircraft in Engels, located in the Saratov region.
- Separate Ukrainian attacks in the southwestern Belgorod region killed two people and injured nine others over the last 24 hours, according to the local governor.
