Drone Attack Kills One, Sparks Fire at Yaroslavl Oil Refinery
Ukraine says its drones hit the Slavneft-Yanos refinery, which supplies fuel and lubricants to Russia’s military, as officials reported 27 injuries.
- On Friday, a Ukrainian drone attack sparked a fire at the Slavneft-Yanos oil refinery in Yaroslavl, killing one civilian and injuring 27 others when debris struck an intercity bus, Yaroslavl region Governor Mikhail Yevrayevsaid.

- Russia's Defense Ministry reported that air defense systems intercepted 512 Ukrainian drones across 19 regions and Crimea overnight. In Pavlovsky Posad, a drone struck a Magnit grocery store, blowing out 46 windows at a neighboring medical clinic, Governor Andrei Vorobyov said.
- President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed the refinery strike and added that Ukraine's SBU security service struck a Tu-95MS missile-carrying aircraft in Engels, located in the Saratov region.
- Separate Ukrainian attacks in the southwestern Belgorod region killed two people and injured nine others over the last 24 hours, according to the local governor.
