A fire broke out early Thursday at a ground-floor commercial unit in Haigang District of Qinhuangdao City, north China's Hebei Province, killing eight people and injuring three others, local authorities said.
At approximately 3:40 AM on August 20th, a fire broke out in a ground-floor shop facing the street in Haigang District, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province. The accident has resulted in 8 deaths, and 3 people have been sent to the hospital for treatment.
