Federal Government Takes Case to the Federal Supreme Court

The Federal Court will decide on the reduction of the bonuses for the top management of the acquired Credit Suisse.

The Federal Finance Department (EFD) takes a judgment of the Federal Administrative Court, which considers the cuts and deletions of the bonuses to be illegal.

The Financial Department (EFD) does not give small contributions and continues the ruling of the Federal Administrative Court, which declared the reduction and deletion of variable compensation for ex-companies members of Credit Suisse illegal.

Federal Government Takes Case to the Federal Supreme Court

The Federal Department of Finance (FDF) is not backing down and is appealing the ruling of the Federal Administrative Court, which declared the reduction and elimination of variable remuneration for former members of Credit Suisse management to be unlawful.

According to the Federal Administrative Court, the decree to remove the CS Manager's Bond was not legal. Now, the Federal Finance Department is drawing this decision before the Federal Court.
