Financial assistance to victims of crime will increase in the future. The amount of money for non-governmental organizations that help these victims will also increase. Victims of sexual assault or coercion will be among the particularly vulnerable. The changes will be brought by the amendment on courts and judges, which was approved by the Senate and is also called lex Anička. It still has to be confirmed by President Petr Pavel.
