Transit Police report arresting a man they say tried stabbing another man at Ruggles around 10 p.m. on Wednesday. Luis Reyes, 29, of Boston was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, witness intimidation, threatening to commit a crime and disorderly conduct on a public conveyance - and walking on railroad tracks, a misdemeanor punishable for up to 100 days, because when Transit officers arrived, they found him on the commuter-rail tracks.…
