The District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw is investigating the death of F-16 pilot Maciej Krakowian. Forty-eight witnesses have already been interviewed.
"I strongly condemn the content and manner of the assessment made by Marek Migalski, a professor at the University of Silesia, regarding the tragic death of F-16 pilot Major Maciej Krakowian," said university rector Ryszard Koziołek. This was a response to a series of posts Migalski posted online following the Radom disaster. In one of them, he called the deceased pilot a criminal and a failure.
"This flyover was primarily to honor the memory of your great pilot who recently passed away. He was a legend in Poland," Trump said.
