Fifth PDAC hosts Valentine’s decoration party

The Fifth Police District Advisory Council (PDAC) hosted its annual Valentines Day Decoration Party at its headquarters. Due to the bitter cold from the hopefully long-gone Arctic blast that had held the East Coast in its grip for weeks, the turnout numbers were less than what was hoped for, but that didn’t lessen the enthusiasm for the intrepid souls who did venture out that night.
