Fifth District hosts Valentine’s arts and crafts

The Fifth Police District Advisory Council (PDAC) held their annual Valentine’s Arts and Crafts event recently at their headquarters. Needless to say, the finished products won’t be hanging in the Art Museum, but for the youngsters and their parents who took part, it’s always about finding their inner Picasso and simply just having FUN.
