A fiery, head-on crash led to one death and the closure of a major roadway in both directions in Chino Hills on Sunday, Sept. 28. Shortly before 5:50 a.m., two vehicles traveling in opposite directions on Carbon Canyon Road collided head-on, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
