Fidesz storms out after MP silenced mid-defence
Fidesz and KDNP walked out of parliament's Monday session and are calling for an extraordinary meeting of the House Committee. The opposition parties left the chamber after, following Prime Minister Péter Magyar's speech on Monday, Balázs Hankó (Fidesz) rose to speak on grounds of personal interest — but the presiding officer, Anikó Hallerné Nagy, withdrew the floor from him, citing deviation from the subject matter.
According to Péter Takács, the Speaker of the House from Tisza did not lead the parliamentary session impartially, as he withdrew the floor from Balázs Hankó at the indecent gesture of Péter Magyar.
