Fergus Falls council backs Humane Society expansion with added funding

FERGUS FALLS, Minn. — The Humane Society of Otter Tail County received a boost from the Fergus Falls City Council to help fund an expansion project. The humane society is currently operating in a temporary location as work on its $2 million expansion continues. They are currently about $200,000 short.
