WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. Rep. Dave Joyce, a South Russell Republican, has teamed up with a Democratic physician from Minnesota on legislation that would provide federal money to help K–12 schools stock naloxone and train staff to use it in the event of an opioid overdose.
