Federal judge will allow Hyde School abuse and forced labor case to proceed

Judge allows most claims over abuse and forced labor at Hyde School to proceed, while partly dismissing trafficking counts and removing three former leaders.

The school sought to dismiss the case, claiming the sole plaintiff, Jessica Fuller, did not have standing to sue, and that student labor was not coerced, arguments a U.S. District Court judge rejected this week.
