FC Ryukyu's Manager Hirakawa Will Remain in His Position, Vowing to "Return to J2." Midfielder Narita, Who Has Been Recovering From an Illness, Will Retire From Professional Football.

FC Ryukyu of the J3 League announced on the 8th that manager Tadayoshi Hirakawa (47) will remain in his position. He will also be in charge of the team for the 2026-27 season, which starts in August. Hirakawa took over as manager in the 2025 season, when the team finished 16th out of 20 teams. In this year's J2-J3 Centennial League, the team finished 34th out of 40 teams.
