The Federal Bureau of Investigation is offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a man wanted for allegedly killing his wife in Philadelphia last year. Miguel Angel Aguilar Ojeda is charged with murder, possessing an instrument of crime, abuse of corpse and tampering with evidence in the Oct. 27 death of 53-year-old Ivelisse Lugo, whose body was found wrapped in a blanket in a garage in the 5900 block of Elsinore Street.…
