FBI: 6 Quebecers Charged with Buying 400,000 Stolen Identities

Six Quebec residents who bought more than 400,000 stolen identities on a website have finally been charged, two years after the FBI dismantled their international network. Over the course of two years, the defendants also allegedly used fraudulent computer services and were arrested for possession of fake documents.
