FAYETTEVILLE — An engineering firm has filed a lawsuit asking a judge to permanently halt the sale of the Kanawha Falls Public Service District to West Virginia-American Water.

Fayette County, WV (WOAY) – At the Fayette County Commission meeting on Wednesday, the commissioners unanimously approved using county money to pay the legal fees of Kanawha Falls PSD that relate to the sale of the district to West Virginia American Water.
