Father Raped His Daughter in Lapland

The Lapland District Court did not consider the rape of a child to be aggravated, even though the perpetrator was the victim's own father. The Lapland District Court has sentenced a man in his forties to four years of unconditional imprisonment for shocking acts. The man was convicted of aggravated sexual abuse of a child committed in 2020–2022 and of rape of a child committed in January 2025.
