Father of girl found dead Sunday in Ticonderoga charged with murder
UPSTATE NEW YORK, JUL 21 – Luciano Frattolin was charged after investigators found inconsistencies in his story and ruled his 9-year-old daughter's drowning death a homicide, authorities said.
- A Canadian man, Luciano Frattolin, has been arrested in connection to the death of his nine-year-old daughter, Melina Frattolin, who was found dead near the Vermont border.
