Father-daughter duo transform the Columbia Restaurant by painting new tiles

TAMPA, Fla., (WFLA) — The iconic Columbia restaurant in Ybor City is getting a makeover. The famous tiles creating the mosaic on the restaurant's exterior are being replaced.
