The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a fatal traffic crash at Carrara last night, 24 July. Around 7.10pm, emergency services were called to Nerang Broadbeach Road, near Birmingham Road, following reports a pedestrian had been struck by a vehicle. Initial investigations indicate, the man was attempting to cross the road when he was struck by a Holden Commodore before landing on the opposite side of the road and being struck by a Ford Falcon. …
