PRINCESS ANNE, Md. – Maryland State Police (MSP) are investigating a fatal shooting in Princess Anne. It happened around 2 p.m.  Monday on Bratten Avenue. According to Maryland State Police, one person was pronounced dead on scene by emergency medical personnel.
