MORGAN CITY, La. (KLFY) -- A fatal hit-and-run crash involving a pedestrian happened in Morgan city on Monday. The crash happened on Louisiana Highway 182 near Field Road. The victim has been identified as 26-year-old Brea Paul of Patterson.  Police said that Paul was walking on Louisiana Highway 182 shoulder when she was struck by an unknown sedan traveling in an unknown direction.
