Not Amsterdam, but Vlissingen is the oat milk capital of the Netherlands. The port is home to the largest oat milk factory in Europe. Starting next year, Oatly also plans to produce oat milk there using oats from Zeeland. "Incredibly good news," says Commissioner Hugo de Jonge. "This is confirmation that the real oat milk elite comes from Zeeland."
