Farmer Józef Magiera (60), who drove his tractor onto a newly constructed road on Rybacka Street in Gliwice on August 7th and plowed a section of asphalt, will appear in court on Thursday, October 1st. His defense attorney, Adam Szewc, will demand the lifting of the preventive measures imposed on the farmer and the return of the impounded tractor. However, the prosecutor's office is unwilling to grant this request.
