Fargo-Moorhead area Xcel Energy & Cass County Electric customers are without power

NORTH DAKOTA – Xcel Energy and Cass County Electric customers have seen power outages. Xcel Energy’s outage map reported nearly 2,000 customers in Fargo, West Fargo and Dilworth were without power as of 12:45 PM on Tuesday, November 25th. The majority of customers in the dark, nearly 1,900, are in the area of 13th Avenue and 25th Avenue South in Fargo.
