MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) — A Fargo man who was convicted in May of shooting at his brother in Moorhead is sentenced to nearly 16 years in prison. Francis Ochiti was convicted of attempted murder in the October 19, 2024 shooting incident. Ochiti shot at his brother through the window of a home in the 3600 block of 39th Street South in Moorhead.
