It took two Tornado fighter jets in the colors of the German Luftwaffe about an hour and twenty minutes to arrive in Mošnov, Novojičín, from their home base near Cologne on Thursday. They will be one of the stars of the weekend NATO Days & Czech Army Air Force Days at the Leoš Janáček Ostrava Airport there.

The roar is unmistakable. This time, however, it is not the vagaries of the weather, but the arrival of German Tornado and Eurofighter Typhoon fighter jets for the NATO Days in Ostrava, which will bring the airport in Mošnov to life this weekend.
